The Roundtable is governed by a Board of Directors, composed of 24 elected members. The Chairman, Chairman-Elect, Vice Chairman, and the immediate past-Chairman are ex-officio members of the Board. The Board of Directors of The Financial Services Roundtable establishes objectives annually, determines policies and strategies based on analyses and recommendations of Roundtable committees, and oversees implementation of policies and strategies on an issue-by-issue basis that involves many, if not all, Roundtable representatives in an active role.
